Unusual pickling of cucumbers.
Ingredients:
For a three-liter jar you will need:
• 1.5 kg of cucumbers;
• 50 g of dill;
• 20 g each of garlic, horseradish, celery, parsley, parsnip and blackcurrant leaves;
• 100 g of salt (3 tbsp).
Method of preparation:
1. Prepare the brine in advance: boil 1.5 liters of water, put all the specified spices and salt in it. Boil and let the brine sit for 5-7 days for fermentation, strain.
2. Rinse the cucumbers and cover with cold water for 6 hours.
3. Place the cucumbers tightly in a sterile jar, boil the brine and pour over the cucumbers.
4. Roll up and immediately put in a cool place.
The cucumbers will retain their green color.
