This delicious preparation with the addition of mustard seeds is very quick and easy (up to 30 minutes).
Preparation (for 4 servings):
1․ Wash the cucumbers thoroughly. Cut the vegetables into thick circles.
2․ Combine water, salt, sugar, mustard and bay leaf in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and pour in the vinegar.
3․ Stir the cucumbers into the marinade. After boiling again, check for about 3 minutes until the colour changes.
4․ Place the cucumbers in sterilized jars. Pour in the marinade. Roll up, turn over and wrap. After cooling, store in a cool place.
Ingredients: fresh cucumbers 1.5 kg, water 1.5 l, salt 60 g, sugar 100 g, mustard seeds 0.5 tbsp, bay leaf 2 pcs., table vinegar 9% - 100 ml.
