PUMPKIN IN HONEY AND CURRY GLAZE.
Ingredients:
Pumpkin: 1/3 fruit.
Olive oil 3 tablespoons.
Butter: 4 tbsp.
Honey: 3 tablespoons.
Apple cider vinegar: 1 tbsp.
Curry powder: 2 teaspoons.
Ground hot pepper: 1/4 teaspoon.
Salt: to taste.
1. Wash the pumpkin, peel the skin, remove the seeds, cut the pulp into small pieces, and brush with olive oil.
2. Grill the pumpkin pieces for no more than 30 minutes.
3. For the glaze, mix: butter, honey, apple cider vinegar, curry, salt and ground pepper. Heat until a homogeneous mass forms.
4. Brush the pumpkin pieces with glaze, place them back on the grill and bake, covered, until a crust forms. During frying, you can add the remaining glaze to the pulp.
