The greenish-white flowers appear in late summer and are of no value to the grower.
It reaches its greatest decorative effect in full sun, light partial shade is acceptable. Soils are preferred moist but tolerates drought well.
Most beautiful in large groups. In a favourable place, self-seeding is possible.
Keep crops at +20ºC if no sprouts after 3-4 weeks, then at -4+4ºC for 2-4 weeks.
