Thanks to its lightness, dynamism and grace, it will give the garden an incomparable charm. It will take a worthy place on a rocky hill and in a flower arrangement.
Perennial. Plant height 40 cm.
Winter hardiness zones: Z5-Z8.
Sowing: March-April in open ground.
The seeds require preliminary stratification: sow the seeds, cover with glass and place in the refrigerator (+5+7°C). Crops are kept in such conditions for a month, then transferred to room conditions. At a temperature of +16+18°C, shoots appear on the 10-14th day. Seedlings are picked at the stage of 2-3 pairs of true leaves.
Care: prefers a sunny place. Loves fertile, well-drained soil. Does not tolerate damp soil!
In the spring, compost is added under the bushes. In the period before the onset of mass flowering, complex mineral fertilizers are applied at intervals of 10-14 days. For the winter, the plants are covered with spruce branches.
Flowering: June-August (after flowering, the bushes are trimmed).
Pruning is carried out once every two or three years in April.
