New high-yielding hybrid of European selection. The plant is semi-bushy. Fruits are round-elongated, orange-red in color, weighing 2.5-3.5 kg. The pulp is orange, thick (5-6 cm), tender, rich in carotene, sugars and vitamins. Does not accumulate nitrates and heavy metals. Thanks to the dense skin, the fruits are not damaged during transportation.
A hybrid - a universal purpose, great for fresh consumption, processing, freezing. The fruits are perfectly stored until the end of winter.



Pumpkin in Finnish style (fermented).
Ingredients:
• 3.5 kg peeled pumpkin;
• 700 g sweet pepper;
• 1 kg red tomatoes;
• 0.5 kg onions;
• several heads of garlic;
• 1 kg sour apples;
• 1 kg pears;
• 2 tbsp table mustard;
• 1 tsp allspice;
• 6 bay leaves;
• several small pieces of horseradish;
• 140 g salt;
• 0.5 l sour milk or whey.
Peel the pumpkin, cut into cubes. Cut the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into strips 2 cm wide.
Only wash the apples and pears.
Method of preparation:
1. Cut vegetables and fruits, put in layers, sprinkle with salt and spices, compact strongly.
2. Cook a decoction of pepper seeds and pumpkin peel for half an hour on low heat.
3. Strain and mix with sour milk or whey, pour over the vegetable mass.
4. Leave for 8-10 days to ferment at room temperature.
5. Transfer to the refrigerator. Before storing, you can put it in jars and close with lids.
