Pumpkin "Ulybka"
Pumpkin "Smile".
Early-maturing, well-established variety for table use. The period from germination to harvest is 85-90 days. The plant is a bush form, forming up to 7 fruits simultaneously. The fruit is spherical, bright orange with white stripes, resembling a smile. The fruit weight is 0.8-2 kg, which facilitates transportation and storage, and is also very convenient, as you can use the entire fruit at once when preparing a dish. The pulp is bright orange, crispy, sweet, juicy, with a melon aroma. The variety is characterized by increased resistance to adverse conditions and gives a consistently high yield.
Agrotechnics.
It is grown both by seedling method and by direct sowing of seeds into the ground, when the threat of frost has passed. The depth of seed placement is no more than 4 cm. When using the seedling method, sowing is carried out in separate pots (8-10 cm in diameter), since it is better to plant plants in the ground with a clod of earth (seedlings should have 2-4 true leaves). Further care consists of loosening the soil, regular watering (in the initial growing period) and fertilizing with complex fertilizers. Pumpkin prefers loose, nutritious soils and does not tolerate shading.
