Pumpkin "Vanity" F1.
Mid-season variety: 120–135 days from full emergence to harvest. The plants produce long vines.
The fruit is spherical, smooth or slightly segmented, light gray, without a pattern, weighing 2.0–2.8 kg.
The flesh is sweet, firm, and orange, with a pleasant flavor reminiscent of chestnuts. Fruits store well and transport well.
Cultivation.
Sow outdoors in late May to early June, 2–3 seeds per hole, 5–6 cm deep, with 70 cm between holes. Thin after emergence.
It can also be grown from seedlings: transplant 20-day-old seedlings outdoors after the risk of frost has passed.
Pinch the main stem above the 4th leaf; leave 1–2 fruit sets on side shoots.

* When chopping vegetables, use a stainless-steel knife: vitamin C is destroyed by contact with iron!
* Raw vegetables are best cut on a plastic or porcelain board, because wood absorbs juice... (if you use a wooden board, care for it properly: rinse with boiling water after use, and at least once a week sprinkle with salt and scrub with a sponge. If the board becomes uneven, sand it with sandpaper).
* The larger the vegetable pieces, the fewer nutrients they lose during boiling and canning.
