Bulbs are round, weighing 100-120 g. Dry scales are red, juicy - dark red. The taste is semi-sharp. The dry matter content is 12.7%, vitamin C is 6.2 mg%.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Heat a high rimmed frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour onions, cranberries, honey into the pan, add salt and balsamic cream.
Fry over medium heat for about 10 minutes and add wine. Simmer covered over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring regularly. Remove the zest from the lemon and squeeze out the juice.
After 20 minutes, add lemon zest and juice to the onion, turn up the heat and simmer the onion mixture until thickened (about 10 minutes). This marmalade is an excellent addition to meat dishes.
