A root parsley kind. Vegetation period is 175-195 days. For an early spring harvest, sow in autumn, can stay in soil during winter if covered. Grows best in light sandy loam or clay loam, moist soils. A medium-earliness root parsley kind. Root vegetables are 15-18 cm long, white beanl, cream-colored pulp, nice smell. Suitable for fresh consumption, processing and storage during winter. Leaves are also used as food.
