Sinuate statice "Apricote" - Limonium sinuatum.
Popular dried flower!
Herbaceous annual plant. Stems 60-70 cm high, erect, branched in the upper part.
Flowers up to 1 cm in diameter, apricot tone, collected in inflorescences up to 12 cm. Flowering is plentiful from July to frost.
Sowing for seedlings in early April, direct sowing in open ground in May. Shoots appear in 10-12 days.
It is better to dive seedlings into pots, since seedlings with an open root system do not take root well. They are planted in a permanent place in May, at a distance of 20-25 cm from each other.
Limonium can be placed in small groups in mixborders, rockeries. For drying, flower stalks are cut off during full flowering, but before the lower flowers begin to fade.
Ideal for creating winter flower arrangements and bouquets.

Eng.: Wavyleaf sea lavender, Sinuate Statice. Bot.syn.: Statice sinuata.
