Sweet Pepper "Soroksari".
An especially large-fruited and early-ripening variety of sweet pepper for universal use (greenhouses and open ground).
Characteristics:
* Bush: Compact, 40-50 cm high.
* Fruit: Giant, cuboid shape, glowing pearly-yellow color.
* Wall thickness: Up to 10 mm.
* Taste: Delicately spicy!
1.0 g = 150 seeds.

6 MAJOR MISTAKES when growing peppers:
1. Pricking out (Transplanting). Peppers regenerate roots poorly. Avoid sowing in boxes — sow directly into peat pots. Time gained: 15-20 days.
2. Temperature. Keep at +25+30°C until germination. Then lower to +15+18°C for 1-2 days (hardening), then maintain +22+25°C.
3. Lighting. Without supplementary lighting (min 12 hours), development will stall.
4. Shading. Peppers cannot tolerate shade. Low light causes stretching and bud drop.
5. Nutrition. Feed with ammonium nitrate at the 1-2 true leaf stage. Two weeks before planting out, use a complete NPK fertilizer.
6. Pests. Watch out for aphids, mites, and cutworms. Plant only healthy seedlings.

SEEDLING CARE AND PLANTING OUT:
Watering & Feeding: Water with warm water (+25°C) every 5-6 days. Feed (ash, eggshell infusion, or tea infusion) in the morning.
Planting dates:
- Greenhouse: From May 10.
- Open ground: June 1-5 (or from May 25 under film).
Seedlings should have 8-12 leaves and be 20-25 cm tall.
Soil Prep:
Add peat, humus, sand (for clay soil) or clay (for sandy soil). Add ash, superphosphate, potassium sulfate. Do not add fresh manure!
Planting Scheme:
- Rows: 40x45 cm (row spacing 50-60 cm).
- Nest method: 60x60 cm (2 plants per hole) or 70x70 cm (3 plants).
- Hot peppers: Denser, 25 cm in the row.
Plant in the evening, burying up to the first true leaves. Stake immediately. Cover after planting. Shallow hoeing (3-5 cm) only.

* To get your own seeds, the peppers are best kept on the bushes until they are fully ripe. When staying indoors for more than 1-2 days, the germination and germination energy of such seeds slightly increase, but during storage, the energy potential of the seeds dies out rather quickly ...
To isolate the seeds, the lid is cut off from the top of the fruit along with the core on which the seeds sit. The cut parts are left in a warm, dry place to dry. After 2-3 days, as soon as the seeds begin to crumble from the slightest touch, they are separated. And they must be dried in the sun for 2-3 days (this way they dry out faster and at the same time are disinfected from diseases) - they can emerge a little longer than those that were dried in the shade, but in general, their sowing qualities are higher.
The highest quality seeds are obtained from fruits grown from crown flowers. And inside the fruit - in those that are located as close as possible to the stalk (in the core), since they received the best nutrition. Those located on the internal partitions are of a lower quality, it is better not to harvest them.
