Juicy, sweet, meaty and very tasty!
High-yielding, mid-season Italian variety: from germination to fruiting 100-110 days. Indeterminate plants, 1.6-1.8 m high.
The fruits are large, with a beautiful ribbed shape and bright red colour, weighing 200-300 g. They are very juicy and fleshy, which makes them excellent for fresh consumption.
Each brush of this variety contains about 6-8 fruits, and 5 to 7 brushes are formed on the main stem.
This variety is known for its unique taste. The rich aroma complements the taste, making it one of the most popular among tomato lovers.
Intended for fresh consumption, can be used for pickling and canning. And its fruits are also suitable for making freshly squeezed juice.
Fruiting of this variety is long. This means that it will please with its fruits for a long time if you take proper care of it.
Agricultural technology.
Sowing seeds for seedlings with obligatory picking in the phase of one or two true leaves. Seedlings are planted at the age of 60-65 days, placing 3-4 pcs per 1 sq.m. Plants are tied up and formed into 1-2 stems. Removal of lateral shoots (stepchildren) is obligatory. Plants require regular watering, weeding, loosening and fertilizing.

Tomato Cuore di Bue Albenga

* At what distance should tomato seedlings be planted in a greenhouse?
The answer to this question cannot be unambiguous. Everything depends on the variety, how you plan to form the plant: in 1, 2 or more stems. How often can you care for the tomatoes, i.e. do you come to the site once a week or do you live there permanently.
It should be taken into account that if you want to get an earlier harvest, it is better to plant tomatoes in 1 stem (this is especially relevant in regions with cold and short summers). In this case, tomato seedlings can be planted more densely at a distance of about 30 cm. But only on condition that you have the opportunity to constantly carry out side-sonning.
If you are going to plant tomatoes in several stems, then the distance between the tomatoes should be greater: starting from 50 cm and more.
Mix the soil in the hole together with all the components well. Place the tomato seedlings in a shallow hole and water them well so that the water reaches the top of the hole. After the water has been absorbed, fill the hole with soil to the soil level.

* What should be added to the hole when planting tomatoes to get a rich harvest?
When planting tomato seedlings in a greenhouse, add the following components to each hole: 1-2 litres of humus, 0.5 cups of ash, 1 tablespoon of superphosphate, potassium sulfate, and fish meal.
After planting, do not water the tomatoes for 7-10 days so that the root system begins to develop well during this time, growing new roots: the first watering after planting should be done only after 7-10 days!
To use the area rationally while the tomato seedlings are adapting, you can sow a row of greenhouse radishes of non-shooting varieties and basil along the row of tomatoes on the southern side, which loves to be next to tomatoes and will grow next to them without problems all season. Radishes grow quickly and after harvesting will free up space for further growth of basil.
