Tomato "Barmaley".
A fairytale harvest! Early pink giant from Siberia.
Despite its name referencing a formidable character from Russian folklore, this Siberian variety has an exceptionally "kind" and sweet disposition. This is a unique achievement of breeders who managed to combine three main qualities that rarely meet: earliness, large fruit size, and the sugary taste of pink tomatoes.
Characteristics of the "Siberian Legend":
• Speed: Ultra-early for its size! The first fruits ripen just 98 days after germination. You will have time to enjoy the harvest before the arrival of late blight.
• Fruits: Large (250-300 g), flat-round shape, noble glossy pink colour. The flesh is tender, "watermelon-like", and very sweet (a characteristic feature of pink-fruited varieties).
• Yield: "Barmaley" is incredibly generous — with proper agricultural technology, it yields up to 16 kg of delicious tomatoes per 1 m².
Agrotechnics:
Indeterminate variety (tall, up to 2 m), powerful. Requires mandatory staking and pruning/suckering (forming into 1-2 stems).
• The first cluster is formed above the 8th leaf.
• Suitable for greenhouses and open ground (staked culture).
Culinary use: This is a top-class salad variety. Ideal for fresh consumption, sandwiches, and making thick pink juice.
