Take medium-sized tomatoes, cut off the tops and carefully, using a teaspoon, remove the core with seeds without disturbing the integrity of the fruit.
Salt the prepared tomatoes, sprinkle with pepper and fill with minced meat and rice. Place the fruits filled with minced meat in a greased frying pan, sprinkle with grated cheese, sprinkle the tomatoes with oil and bake in the oven. The finished fruits can be poured with sour cream and sprinkled with chopped parsley or dill.
Any type of tomato is suitable for this recipe, but large-fruited tomatoes are ideal.
