Yeast is beneficial for plants.
Yeast solutions are highly beneficial for cultivated plants:
it is an excellent growth stimulator, a source of beneficial soil fungi, and an activator for microflora;
yeast feeding actively stimulates root formation: substances released by yeast cells into the water accelerate root appearance by 10-12 days and increase their number by 2-10 times;
plants fed with a yeast solution become stronger and more resilient;
seedlings fed with yeast in early spring stretch less and tolerate pricking out (transplanting) much better;
a very good effect has been noted when watering rooting strawberry runners. Yeast feeds are useful for most vegetable crops, strawberries, and flowers.
The use of a yeast solution as a foliar spray has also proven to be highly effective.
Important: during their life cycle, yeast fungi actively consume potassium and calcium from the soil, so yeast watering must be combined with the application of wood ash.

Recipes for preparing yeast fertilizers.
Recipe 1. Dilute 200 g of regular baker's (pressed) yeast in 1 liter of water. Before feeding, bring the volume of the solution up to 10 liters.
Recipe 2. Mix 100 g of "raw" yeast in 10 liters of warm water and leave for a day.
Recipe 3. Steep 10 g of dry yeast + 2 tablespoons of sugar in 10 liters of warm water for 2-3 hours. Use the resulting infusion in a 1:5 ratio for feeding.
Recipe 4. In a 70-liter barrel with green grass (1 bucket), add leftover dry bread, rusks (0.5 kg), and 500 g of yeast. Use after steeping for 1-2 days.
Recipe 5. 1 tablespoon of dry yeast + 2 tablespoons of sugar + 2 g of ascorbic acid + a handful of soil — steep for a day in 5 liters of water. Feed in a ratio of 1 liter of infusion per 10 liters of water.
