This mid-season variety, resistant to cracking, produces an abundance of creamy-white, slightly pinkish fruits with a "meat-like" consistency, weighing from 200 to 400 g.
Their juicy, very sweet flesh has a rich, complex flavor. It is considered the best and most beautiful of the white varieties.

This ancient American variety was bred by Alexander Livingston in 1882. The seeds were collected by Craig Lehoulier of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and given to Dr. Carolyn Male for preservation.
