Medium early, fertile bean variety. Vegetation period is 80-90 days. Plants are tall (80-100 cm).
Seed pods are large, with 3-5 slightly brownish beans, mature at the same time, easy to shell.
Suitable for fresh use, drying, boiling. Beans are added to salads, stews. Sown in early May at a depth of 5-6 cm. Seedlings are tolerant to frost up to -4℃.
Grows well in fertile, non-acid, moist loam soil.

Ingredients:
• 1 large head of cauliflower;
• 1 cup of green beans;
• 1 cup of fresh green peas;
• 2 large carrots;
• 1 cup of small onions;
• 1 cup of small mushrooms (chanterelles, butter mushrooms, honey mushrooms, aspen mushrooms).
Method of preparation:
1. Separate the cauliflower into small heads, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, add the mushrooms.
2. Pour in a large amount of water and simmer until tender.
3. Boil the remaining vegetables separately in salted water, discard in a colander, let the water drain.
4. Put everything in layers in jars and pour in the cold marinade.
5. Roll up.
