Butternut squash: 1/3 fruit
Olive oil: 7-8 tablespoons.
Garlic: 4-5 cloves.
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp.
Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons.
Salt and black pepper: to taste.
Honey: 1 teaspoon.
Parsley (or other fresh herbs): to taste.
Preparation:
1. Wash the pumpkin, peel the skin, cut into rings or half rings, remove seeds.
