Elegant zinnia "Giant Coral"
Elegant zinnia "Giant Coral".
Tall (90-100 cm), fast-growing zinnia with very large (Ø 12-15 cm) densely double dahlia-shaped inflorescences.
Blooms profusely and continuously from late June until frost. Each inflorescence stays on the plant for up to 35 days. Bushes 80-90 cm high, powerful, branched, with a large number of peduncles. They withstand rain and wind well.
Zinnias are heat- and light-loving, fairly drought-resistant plants. Used for group and single plantings in flower beds, ridges and high borders.
Ideal for cutting, flowers last more than two weeks in water.
Agrotechnics.
Grown by seedlings. With the development of the first pair of true leaves, the seedlings dive. In the phase of 5-6 leaves, formative pinching is carried out. Seedlings are planted in open ground when the danger of frost has passed. Plants need regular watering, weeding, loosening and fertilizing. It is possible to sow seeds in open ground to a depth of 1 cm.
