A very early maturing, with tender beans. From shoots to the first harvest 50-60 days. The plant is bushy, 40-50 cm high. The beans are golden yellow, slightly curved, rounded, 11-12 cm long. The seeds are elliptical. Contain up to 2.2-4% crude protein and 11-13% solids. The beans are well aligned, great tasting, high in sugars and vitamins. There is no parchment layer and fiber in the doors and seams. The variety is intended for use in cooking and canning. Leaves broadly ovate, green. Productivity up to 1.5-2 kg/m2. The fruiting period is extended.

Growing conditions.
Sowing in a permanent place. Seeds germinate at a temperature of +10+15°C. Seedlings are sensitive to frost. Placed on well-warmed, permeable soils. The optimum temperature for growth is +18+25°C.

Harvest: July-August.

It is possible to obtain seeds and use them for home cooking, canning, harvesting for future use in dried form. Bean shovels are suitable for freezing and storage for 6 months.

Did you know that ... sugar shovels are very good for preparing hot dishes and salads. For cooking, the blades are cleaned, the ends are cut off, and large cylindrical blades are cut into pieces 2-3 cm long, flat ones can be cooked whole.
