The plant is compact, 65-70 cm high. The fruits are cylindrical, beautiful, lilac in colour, 15-20 cm long, weighing 150-200 g. The pulp is snow-white, dense, without bitterness.
The variety has high technological qualities and is recommended for making fried dishes, canned food, sautés, caviar, salted and pickled eggplants.
The value of the variety: early ripening, disease resistance, the fruits do not require soaking in a saline solution before cooking, the colour of the fruit has no analogues in the world's collections.
Agrotechnics.
The culture is thermophilic, demanding of light and moisture. Seeds for seedlings are sown in February - March, to a depth of 1.5-2 cm. Picking seedlings in the phase of the second true leaf. Planting in greenhouses at the age of 60-70 days, from mid-May. Planting in open ground in June, when the threat of return frosts has passed.
Shaping: removing all side shoots and leaves up to the first fork. By the end of July, 5-6 of the largest ovaries are left on the plant, other flowers and ovaries are removed. Further care consists of regular feeding, watering, and loosening.
