"Grom-2".
Microgranules of the drug are used to combat:
* with SOIL FLIES on potted flower plants and seedlings of flower crops.
* with GARDEN ANTS in beds, under trees and shrubs, in greenhouses, near buildings.

To combat garden ants, remove the top layer (2-3 cm) of soil from the anthill and, depending on its area, evenly scatter 1-3 g of the drug over the surface. When ants are found near buildings, the drug is applied to places of accumulation and along the routes of their movement. Sprinkle the area where the drug is applied with soil or cover it with plywood, roofing felt, etc. The ants will disappear from the anthill in 2-4 days, the duration of action of the drug against ants is 2-3 months. The contents of the package are designed to process 5-10 square meters.

To combat the larvae of soil flies, the drug is used once when a fly appears, living in the soil with potted flower plants, as well as in the soil with seedlings of flower and vegetable crops. The consumption rate is 2-3 g of the drug per 1 sq.m of area. Sprinkle the preparation evenly over the surface of the soil around the plants, embed it to a depth of 1-2 cm or sprinkle it with soil. The death of pest larvae is observed on the 5th day after application (treatment). The duration of the protective effect of the drug is more than 2 months.
The drug is not phytotoxic.
Dangerous for fish, do not allow it to enter aquariums or bodies of water.
Dangerous for birds: do not allow poultry to eat the drug.
Precautionary measures: hazard class 3 (moderately hazardous substance). Do not use food utensils. Work in a respirator, gloves, goggles. While working, you must not smoke, drink, or eat. If the drug gets on the skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water and rinse your mouth. In case of accidental exposure to a person, drink several glasses of water with activated carbon and consult a doctor. The antidote is atropine.

The appearance of small flies over seedlings often causes bewilderment among gardeners.
Flies can appear at any time of the year, but especially in the spring with the beginning of “sowing” work on the windowsill. Every day there are more and more flies. They land on windows and walls, climb into your face, into your food - it’s not very pleasant! What kind of flies are these? Where do they come from and how to deal with them?
First of all, inspect the soil under the seedlings. Surely, you will find small white worms with a black “head” there. These are the larvae of soil flies that appear in our homes along with contaminated soils. In small quantities they are not dangerous to plants, but when they multiply strongly, the larvae gnaw at tender young roots, as a result of which the seedlings may suffer. And in general, flies in such large numbers simply interfere with our lives! Therefore, when insects appear, it is very important to prevent their further reproduction and spread.
One of the methods of control is thermal treatment of soils (calcination, steaming), but this is quite labor-intensive and difficult to implement at home.
The soil insecticide Grom-2 will help you quickly and permanently get rid of soil flies. When flies appear, apply microgranules of the drug evenly to the surface of the soil, cover it to 1-2 cm or sprinkle with soil - after a few days there will be no more flies.
The drug destroys the harmful phase - the larvae, which are the most difficult to remove. Groma-2 microgranules are evenly distributed in the soil and gradually release the active substance, thus providing a high effect and long-term protective effect (more than a month). And if there are no larvae, there will be no flies.
The drug Grom-2 is not phytotoxic, it does not have a negative effect on the growth and development of plants. If you follow the recommendations specified in the instructions on the packaging, the drug does not have a negative effect on human health.
