Thrift "Multicolor" (mixture of colors) - Statice sinuata = Limonium sinuatum.
The height of the plant is 45-50 cm. The diameter of the inflorescence is 3-5 cm.
A perennial herb grown in our cool climates as an annual.
It is used in landscaping flowerbeds and flower beds, for cutting, as well as for drawing up dry bouquets.
Sowing: February-March for seedlings. After the appearance of the first two true leaves, the seedlings dive.
They are planted in open ground in May, at a distance of 35-40 cm from each other.
Any well-drained soil and sunny location is fine.
Care: water only young plants in dry weather. Seedlings are fed 2-3 times. The first time a week after the pick.
After planting the seedlings, another 2-3 feeding is carried out. For feeding, a complex mineral fertilizer is used.
Flowering: from June to severe frosts.
To obtain dried flowers, the inflorescences are cut in full bloom and dried in bunches in a ventilated area.
