Does not require pinching off side shoots.
Recommended for fresh use, whole-fruit canning and processing into tomato products.
Agrotechnics.
Light, highly fertile soils are suitable for tomatoes. Seeds are sown for seedlings in March to a depth of 2-3 cm. Before sowing, the seeds are treated with potassium permanganate and washed with clean water. Picking - in the phase of 1-2 true leaves. Seedlings are fed 2-3 times with complete fertilizer. 7-10 days before planting, seedlings begin to harden. Seedlings are planted in heated greenhouses in April, in unheated film greenhouses - in May at the age of 60-65 days.
Planting density: determinate varieties 7-9 plants per 1 sq.m, indeterminate varieties - 3-4 plants per 1 sq.m.
Subsequently, the plants are watered regularly. Warm water is used for irrigation. During the growing season, 2-3 plant feedings with complex mineral fertilizer are used.
