Tomato "Crimson Elephant".
An excellent salad variety, suitable for canning in pieces: very tasty vegetable cuts are obtained.
Mid-season (113-117 days from germination to fruiting), large-fruited tomato for growing in open ground (in the southern regions with a garter to stakes) and under film shelters.
The plant is indeterminate, more than 2 m high. Up to 6 juicy and appetizing fruits weighing 400-500 g (often up to 700 g) are formed in the brush.
Fruits are flat-rounded, slightly ribbed, raspberry-pink, with delicate sugar pulp and amazing aroma.
Grow seedlings. The pick is made in the phase of the first true leaf. After planting the plants in the greenhouse, the plants are tied to a support.
Planting scheme: 40x60 cm. Formed into one stem, removing all "stepchildren" and lower leaves, and pinching the growth point at the end of the growing season.
